This review is about service only. I had a great experience getting my Giulia serviced here, far better than other Alfa dealerships I've been to. The service advisors were knowledgeable, quick, and professional, and my work was done very promptly. The only reason for a lower star was the pricing. I was very surprised to be charged over $200 for a simple oil change, not even a tire rotation. Coming from an Infiniti, which was serviced at Douglas in Summit, the oil change was about twice what I payed there. Just a warning, otherwise a great experience all around.

If you’re looking to buy an Alfa Romeo, this is the place to go. Before purchasing my 2018 Giulia, I did my research on all of the AR dealerships in New Jersey. In the end, I chose AR of Morris County because of their reputation, communication, and experience.The dealership sells both Maserati and Alfa Romeo cars/SUVs. When I first contacted them about the car, they were very helpful with providing me information on the 2018 line of cars since most of the information was not available online. I went to the dealership at least 3-4 times before I purchased the car. This included test driving the car and also getting more information.We were able to handle pricing over the phone and by email. This was very convenient as I have a busy work schedule. There was no pressure from the sales team and they were happy to help me get the best price possible. Since I was looking to order a 2018 model (before release), they were able to reach out to the appropriate representatives at AR to place the order.The dealership kept me apprised of the status of the car throughout the process and informed me as soon as the car arrived. The whole team at AR of Morris County works well together, so the paper work was streamlined and quick.Another reason I chose AR of Morris County was because of service. Remember that the dealership also sells Maserati, so their service center is experienced and the level of customer service is outstanding. Alexandra, the service manager, and Ted, the service writer, are very responsive and helpful.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. If you are in the market for an Alfa Romeo, I highly recommend you go to AR of Morris County (and speak with Joana). To say that Phil, Chris and Lara went above and beyond would be an understatement. Take one buyer who couldn't pick a car, add in negative equity on a trade (my fault, they were generous), and you get one customer who was simply blown away by the responsiveness, patience, professionalism and results that this dealership team produced. The gorgeous Alfa Romeos bring you through the door, but the level of service and attention is unlike anything I have experienced at a BMW or Audi dealer. Thinking about the Maserati brand as amongst the finest in the world, maybe Alfa Romeo buyers at this dealership are simply the beneficiaries of Maserati level service (they sell those too) or maybe Alfa Romeo simply sets a new standard. Needless to say, the vehicles drive beautifully, the styling is unique and engaging, and I am just thrilled with my Stelvio, but the funny thing is that I am focused on the positive car buying experience above all else. Thank you all! You worked harder than you should have had to for me!
